Open Enrollment Dates: November 10 - November 21, 2025 for benefits effective January 1, 2026

We are excited to partner with Benefit Educators to support associates with personalized, one-on-one benefits education over the phone.  This resource is designed to help you make informed decisions for the upcoming plan year! For assistance with your benefit-related questions and/or benefits enrollment in UKG Pro, please select a date/time for a Benefit Counselor to contact you over the phone.

Important items:

• This service is for benefit-related questions and enrollment assistance in UKG pro. 

• You can enroll in our benefits online at UKG Pro using your own login on your computer.

• This scheduling tool will allow you to schedule an appointment with a Benefit Counselor over the phone.
  

• You will receive a phone call from (877) 870-0816 at your scheduled time. Please enter your phone number carefully and be prepared to take the call!
  

• The elections you make during open enrollment will take effect on January 1, 2026

• Changes outside of your new hire enrollment window and annual open enrollment can only be made during the year only with a Qualifying Life Event as defined by the IRS, within 30 days of the life event. All Life Events require supporting documentation for review by the Crescent Hotels Benefits team.
